I just got this e-mail from Joe DioGuardi, now at the Albanian-American Civic League:

Former Congressman Joe DioGuardi was the first to challenge U.S. failed foreign policy on Southeast Europe at the February 1991 hearing. I can definitely appreciate the AACL, but these clips are from over six years ago; makes me wonder what he's after...
